Tems and conditions:

• Access your server through the url: https://edalitics.com/yourcompany.
• Shared server located in Europe.
• A local PostgreSQL database up to 1GB to use with edalitics.
• Connection with all your databases.
• Unlimited Users.
• A maximum of 10.000 accesses per month. After this you will have to upgrade your subscription plan to Edalitics PRO.
• 1 technical support ticket per month. If you need extra support you can buy it.
• The SLA is 2 working days to attend the tickets.
• The support hours are from 9 am to 4 pm in Spanish time (Central European Time)
• Support will be in spanish or english.
