• A local PostgreSQL database up to 5GB for use with Edalitics .
• Connection with all your databases.
• Unlimited Users.
• Unlimited accesses per month.
• 2 technical support ticket per month. If you need extra support you can buy it.
• The SLA is 2 working days to attend the tickets.
• The support hours are from 9 am to 4 pm in Spanish time (Central European Time)
• Support will be in spanish or english.
• MS/ Google SAML integration will require an extra  10 hours support pack
